As disciples of the Fab Four, we invite you to step into a psychedelic journey where imagination knows no bounds and love reigns supreme with our whimsical decor, groovy tunes, and a dash of Sgt. Pepper's flair, Pepperland is more than just a camp—it's a psychedelic oasis where Yellow Submarines dance with Lucy in the Sky, and the Walrus invites you to join the revolution. Pepperland, originally called “Cartoon Commune”, has been at every Burning Man since 2007.  In 2016, we became “Pepperland,” a Beatles-themed camp.  We are a group of about 60 Burners ranging in age from 20’s to 80’s from all different backgrounds.  Although we are based out of Sacramento, California, we have people from all over the U.S. and overseas.  

 

There are camps that have strict, onerous demands on their members’ time.  We are not one of them.  Pepperland’s mission is to provide a low-cost, low-key home on the Playa that allows our members to fully enjoy Burning Man and all it has to offer.  Although we embrace the Radical Self-reliance, we are all about community, offering support to newbies so they can have a successful First Burn.
